       and Charles Fowler then by y.e s.d Land west two hundred
       ^eighty seven per.s^ to a bounded white oake w.th Eight Neatches Notches upon a
       point by a Marsh then on the western side of y.e Marsh
       and the branches of first bounded tree Containing two
       hundred & thirteen Acres more or Less being formerly
       sold by one Robert Cover tho.t unto y.e s.d Jochem Kierstede and
       now in poss.n of the said George Gray   And all that pcell
       of Land Called Hazard adjoyneing to y.e former and Lyeing
       betwixt it and a pcell of Land in y.e poss.n of Jn.o Stinnett
       belonging to the orphans of Edward Wemman w.ch s.d Land
       Called Hazard was Laid out formerly for the Said
       Jochem Kiersted according to the pattent the rec of Conta
       Forty two acr more or Less being Likewise now in the
       poss.n of y.e s.d Geo Gray  And also all his Right
       Int.rst and Title to and in three pcells of Land Called
       Cold Comfort Rich Levell & Ropers Range lying in
       Baltemore County in y.e pvince of Maryland on y.e
       North side of a River Called Potapsco w.ch three parcells
       of Land & y.e s.d Jochem Kierstede purchased of one
       Anthony Demondidier but after the said Jochem
       Kierstedes decease y.e s.d Demondidier Conveyed the said
       three parcells of Land unto Hans Kierstede y.e Orphan
       heire of the said Jochem Kierstede & in Case of his decease
       to Margerett Kierstede his mother the now wife of the
       said George Gray  Now or lately being in the poss.n
       of one Phillip Conner the said three tracts of Land
       Containing according to the Surveys and Conveyances
       thereof two hundred and ninty five acres be it more
       or Less  All the af.d Tracts and Pcells of Land Containing
       nine hundred acres be it more or Less  Togeather
       with all messuages Tenements or dwelling houses out
       houses Edifices and Buildings yards Gardens and Orchards
       ways passages woods and underwoods fences  
       easments proffitts Comodities Hereditam.ts and apputts
       whatsoever to the said Parcells of land belonging
       or in any wayes appertaining)  To have and to hold the
