       Hans Kierstede sen.r Chyrurgion of y.e province of New
       York Lawfull heir of Jochem Kierstede Chyrurgeon
       late of Calvert County in the province of Maryland
       deced (being the Eldest son of Hans Kierstede Chyrurgeon
       late of the pvince of New York deceased y.e Eldest brother
       of y.e s.d Jochem Kierstede) of the one part and George Gray
       of Calvert County in the province of Maryland on the
       other part  Wittnesseth that y.e s.d Hans Kierstede for &     
       In Consideracon of the sume of one hundred & Ten pounds
       ster money of England to him in hand well and Truly paid
       and secured to be paid by y.e s.d George Gray before the Ensealing
       and delivery of these Psents y.e Receipt whereof he y.e s.d Hans
       Kierstede doth hereby acknowledge & himself to be thereto
       wholly & fully satisfyed and paid and doth of and for Every
       part and pcell thereof acquitt exhonerate and discharge
       the s.d George Gray his heires Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes &
       every of them by these psents  Hath Given granted
       aliened Bargained sold Enffeofed & Confirmed and
       by these Psents  doth Give Grant alien Enfeoff Bargaine
