       Confirme the Lands planta and premises as they
       are herein after Expressed devided shared settled &
       Confirmed (that is to say) that the s.d Rich.d Harrison
       should have hold use occupy possess and enjoy to him
       and his heires that moyety or half part of
       Computed moyety or half part of the s.d Lands
       planta.s and premises w.ch Lies to the southward
       of a divideing line agreed between the said
       parties to begin at a bound poplar being the
       Eastermost bound Tree of Abingtons Manner
       and runns north by west two hundred and sixty
       P.s from thence through the said Manner
       west to the River of Puttuxent and from y.e End of
       the said Two hundred and sixty P.rs through
       a Tract of the said Lands Called Dousdall into
       the Woods East which Line is agreed settled
       Covenanted Confirmed and Ratifyed by the s.d
       partyes to be the devisionall Line between
       the said Richard Harrissons part or Computed moyety
       and the other moyety agreed setled and Confirmed in
       Considera of one hundred and five pounds ster secured to be
       paid to the s.d Rich.d Harrison for the first Choice to belong to
       the s.d W.m Holland and Sam.ll Chew whose part or
       Computed moyety I Likewise hereby Covenanted agreed settled
       and Confirmed by y.e s.d partyes to be Equally devided bettw between
       them the s.d Col.o W.m Holland and Sam.ll Chew  To have hold
       Use occupy possess and Enjoy the same to them and their
       heires for ever in mann.r and by the devision Following
       (that is to say) the said Coll.o W.m Holland to have hold use
       occupy possess and Injoy unto him and his heires that half
       Equall part of the other Computed Moyety of the said
       Lands plantacons and pmises w.ch Lyes upon Puttuxent
       River being the westermost part thereof and the said
       Sam.ll Chew to have hold use occupy possess and Enjoy to him
       and his heires y.e other half part of the said Computed
