111 assurences in the Law settled and Conveyed unto and upon and Vested in the said John Hyde his heires and assignes as by the recited Decree inrolled in the said High Court of Chancery and the severall measen Conveyances and assurances before menconed relacon being thereunto had may more fully and at Large appeare And Whereas in and by one Indenture bearing date the Twentyeth day of January w.ch was in the said yeare of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Two af.d made between the said John Hyde of the one part and Isaac Millner of the said Citty of London of the other part It is Covenanted declared and agreed by and between the said John Hyde and the said Isaac Milner & the said John Hyde did thereby for himself and his heires Coven.t declare & agree to and with the said Isaac Milner that he the said John Hyde and his heires should from thenceforth for Ever stand and be seized of the premises therein & herein^after^ menconed and of Every part and pcell thereof with the appurtences to the only pp use and behoofe of them the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner their heires and assignes for Ever as by the said last Recited Indenture relacon being thereunto had may more fully and at large appeare And Whereas the s.d John Hyde and Isaac Milner were onely Employed as agents and Trustees for the above named Rich.d Harrisson and Seth Biggs late of the s.d County of Annarund.ll deced to purchase the Lands and plantacons af.d to and for the only use beneffitt and behoofe of the said Richard Harrison & Seth Biggs and their heires in order to and to the Intent that the said Richard and Set pursuant to an agreem.t between ^them^ the said Richard and Seth and the above menconed Col W.m Holland and Sam.ll Chew made might Convey setle assure Enffeoffe and (Confirme) |
