113 Moyety w.ch is the Eastermost part thereof and from the River in the woods And Wheareas the said Jn.o Hyde and Isaac Milner pursuant to the Just and Confidence in them Reposed by y.e s.d Rich.d Harrison Seth Biggs Col.o W.m Holland and Sam.ll Chew did by their Deeds of Lease and Release for the Considera therein Expressed the Lease bearing date the sixth day of Nov.r last and the Release the day next following bar bargain Sell Release and Confirme unto the said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs and their heires all the s.d Lands and Tenements plantacons and Pmises to the Intent that they they the s.d Richard and Seth might assure setle Convey and Confirme the Sever.ll Devisionall partes thereof agreed as above to be the partes of the said Col.o W.m Holland and Sam.ll Chew unto them the s.d W.m and Sam.ll and their heires And Whereas the said Seth Biggs being now dead and haveing in his Lifetime Contracted w.th the s.d W.m and Sam.ll for the sume of foure hundred thirty foure pounds tenn shill ster being the Consideracon money for the purchase of their said Devisionall parte of the s.d Lands plantacons and premises and the Right in Law of Confirmeing Conveyeing and makeing over the same to them surviveing unto the said Richard Harrisson Now This Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Richard Harrison for and in Consideracon of the sume of one hundred thirty foure pounds tenn shil ster to the adm.rx of the Estate of the said Seth Biggs well and Truly secured to be paid X X paid by the said Coll.o W.m Holland as also for and in Consideracon of the sume of Three hundred pounds well and Truly likewise paid or sufficiently seemed to be paid to the said (ad.rx) |
