110 made the Twentyeth day of June in the 8.th yeare of the Reigne of our sovn Lady Anne by the Grace of God ^Queen^ of Great Brittaine France and Ireland defender of the Faith &c annoq Domini 1709 Between Rich.d Harrison of Ann.ll County gent of the first part the Hon.ble Col W.m Holland Esq of y.e s.d County of y.e second part and Sam.ll Chew of the said County Gentl of the Third part Whereas by a Certaine Decree made in the high and hon.ble Court of Chancery the one & Twentyeth day of May which was in the yeare of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Two in a Certaine Cause there depending between John Nelmes and Charles Nelmes Infants by their next friends devises in the last will of John Abington Late of Lond.n Merch.t deced of the premises hereafter menconed plaintiffs & Meriell Abington spinster the next heir of the said John Defend.t It was interal ordered that and decreed that the said Johns plant.a and stock in America should be sold to the best purchase or that Could be Gott for the same to be allowed by M.l Kike one of the Masters of the said Court and that the said Meriell Abington should Joyne in the said sale or release her Title thereunto and Int.rst to such purchasor And Whereas John Hyde of the Citty of Lond.n afd by an order of the said Court bearing date the 26.th day of June which was in the s.d yeare one thousand seven hundred and Two afd hath been allowed and Confirmed to be the purchasor of the s.d plantacons And whereas pursuant to the said Decree and in obediance Thereunto the s.d planta.n and all and singular the Pmises herein after menconed are by Good and sufficient Conveyances & (assurences) |
