       & in all other things as sherr of the County of Ann.ll
       shall behave himself well & Honestly towards all
       psons according to the best of his power skill and knowledge

                      Know all men by these Psents that we Francis
       Dallahaide Nicholas Fittzsimons & John Rattenbury of y.e
       County of Baltemore in y.e Province aforsaid Gentlemen are
       houlden and firmly bound unto our Sovereigne Lady
       the Queen In the full & Just quantity of two hundred
       Thousand pounds of Good sound Merchantable Leaf
       Tob.o & Casque to be paid to her said Maj.ty her and
       successors to the w.ch paym.t well and Truly to be paid we bind
       our selves and Either of us our and Either of our heires Ex.rs
       adm.rs Joyntly and severally for the whole and in the whole
       firmly by these Psents in Wittness our hands and seales this
       6.th Day of June in the fifth yeare of her Maj.tys Reigne
       Annoq Dm 1706
    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the
       above bound Francis Dollahide do well & Truly serve her said
       Maj.ty her heires & successors in the office of high sherr of the s.d
       County of Baltemore within this pvince af.d and also shall under
       unto her said Maj.ty and other her said officers a True faithfull
       and Pfect acc.t of all and singular her said Maj.ty Rights and Dues
       and to her officers a True and Just account of their Fees that he
       shall or may be Intrusted with by her maj.tys Governour and
       other her officers within this pvince af.d to receive and Collect
       and his acc.t to her said Maj.ty her heires and successors or to
       her or their Governours here for the time being for the fines
       and forfeitures and other dues belonging to her said Maj.tys
       Government as also his acc.t of all Fees Dues or sumes of
       money or Tobacco for Leavys or Fees due to any her
