       Officers and other Good People within within this Province
       shall pase an Con.t for By the Tenth day of Aprill next
       Ensueing the Date hereof and in all other things as sheriff
       of the said County of Baltemore shall behave himselfe
       well and Honestly towards all persons According to the
       best of his power skill & Knowledge  Then this obligation
       to be Void & of no Effect or Else to stand in full force strenght and Virtue
       Signed Sealed and D.d in the Psence         Fra Dallahide  (sea)

       Maryland fs                    Know all men by these Psents that wee
                Joseph Manning James Smallwood & W.m Stone of Charles
       County in the province af.d Gentl are holden and firmly bound
       unto our sovereigne Lady Anne &c.a in the full sume and Just
       Quantity of Two Hundred Thousand pounds of Good sound Merchantable
       Leafe Tobacco and Caske to be paid to her said Maj.ty her
       heires and successors to the w.ch paym.t well and Truly to be
       made we bind our selves and Either of us and Either of our heirs
       Ex.rs and adm.rs Joyntly and severally for the whole and in
       the whole firmly by these Psents sealed with our seales and
       dated the fourth Day of September in the 7.th yeare of her
       Maj.tys Reigne Annoq.r Dm 1708
       The Condition of the above obligation is such that If the
       above Bounden Joseph Manning Do well and Truly serve her
       said Maj.ty her heires and successors in the office of high
       sherr of the County of Charles within the province af.d and also
       shall Render unto her said Maj.ty and other her officers a True &
       Faithfull & Pfect Account of all and singular her said Maj.tys
       Rights and Dues and to her officers a True and Just acc.t of their
       Fees that he shall or may be Intrusted with by her maj.tys Govern.r
       and other her officers within this province to Receive and Collect
       and his accompt to her said Maj.ty her heires and successors &
       to her & their Governour there for the time being for the fines and
       Forfeitures and other Dues belonging to her said Maj.tys Gov.r
       as also his acc.t of all fees Dues & sumes of money or Tob.o
       for Leavys or Fees Due to any her Maj.tys officers and other
       good people within this pvince shall pass an acc.t of by the
