       Dues to pay and sumes of Money or Tobacco for Leavyes of Fees
       due to any her Maj.tys officers and other Good people within
       this pvince shall pass an Acc.o of the same by the tenth Day
       of Aprill next Ensueing the date hereof & in all other things
       as sherr of y.e County of Baltemore shall behave himselfe will
       & Honestly towards all persons according to the best of his power
       skill & knowledge  Then this obligation to be Void & of no Effect of
       else to stand in full force strength & Vertue

       Gresham Jun.r Rich.d Jones and Thomas Gassaway of Ann.ll County
       in the pvince af.d Gent are holden and firmly bound unto our
       sov.reigne Lady Anne Queen of Great Brittaine France and
       Ireland &c.a in the full sume & Just Quantity of Two hundred
       thousand pounds of Good sound Merchantable leafe Tob.o
       & Cask to be paid to her said Maj.ty her heires and successors
       the w.ch paym.t well & Truly well and Truly to be made We
       bind our selves and Either of us our and Either of our heires
       Ex.rs & adm.rs Joyntly and severally for the whole & in the whole
       firmly by these Psents sealed with our seales and dated the 18.th
       Day of October in the 7.th yeare of her majestys Reigne &c.a
       Annoq Dm 1708
    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
       bounden John Gresham Jun.r do well and Truly serve her said Maj.ty
       her heires & successors in the office of high sherr of the County of
       Ann Arund.ll w.thin the pvince afd and also shall render unto her
       said Maj.ty and other her officers a True faithfull & Pfect acc.t
       of all & singular her said Maj.tys Rights and dues & to her officers
       a True and Just acc.t of their fees that he shall or may be Intrusted
       with by her Maj.tys Governours & other her officers within this
       pvince to Receive & Collect & his acc.t to her said Maj.ty her heires
       successors & to her & their Governour there for the time being for
       the fines and forfeitures and other dues belonging to her said
       Maj.tys Governour as also his acc.t of all fees Dues & sumes of money
       or Tob.o for Leavys or Fees Due to any her Maj.tys officers & others
       good people within this province shall pass an account of by
