       officers and other good people within this province shall pass
       an acc.t of by the 10.th Day of Aprill next Ensueing the date
       hereof & in all other things as sherr of the County of Ann.ll
       shall behave himself well and honestly towards all Psons
       according to the best of his power skill & knowledge then this
       obligation to be Void and of no Effect or Else to stand in
       full force strength & Vertue

       of Baltemore County in the pvince af.d are holden and
       firmly bound unto our sovereigne Lady Anne in the full
       and Just Quantity of Two hundred Thousand pounds
       of good sound Merchantable leafe Tob.o & Casque to Containe
       the same to be paid to her said Maj.ty her heires and successors
       to the w.ch paym.t well and Truly to be made we bind our
       selves & Either of us & Either of our heires Ex.rs and adm.rs
       Joyntly and severally for the whole & in the whole firmly by
       these Psents sealed with our seales and dated this sixth day of
       Nov.r in the 7.th yeare of her maj.tyes Reigne Annoq.r Dm 1708
       The Condition of the above Obligation Is such that if the above
       bounden M.r Francis Dolahide do well and truly serve her said Maj.ty
       her heires & successors in the office of High sherr of the County of
       Baltemore within the province af.d and also shall render
       unto her said Maj.ty and other her officers a True faithfull
       and Pfect acc.t of all and singular her Maj.tys Rights &
       Dues and to her Officers a True & Just acc.t of theire Fees
       that he shall or may be Intrusted with by her maj.tys acc.t
       Governour & other her officers within this pvince to
       Receive and Collect and his account to her said Maj.ty her
       heires and successors and to her and there Governour there
       for the time being for the fines and forfeitures & other dues
