       To have and to hold the said tract of
       Land with all and other the primises herein
       before menconed and Every part and parcle
       thereof w.th the appurtenances unto him the s.d
       Tho Odell his heires and assignes for Ever to y.e
       only proper use and behoofe of him the said Tho
       Odell his heires Executors adm.rs and assignes for
       Ever and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       and he the said James murra for himselfe
       his heires Execut.rs adm.rs and assignes Doth
       Covenant promise and grant to and with y.e
       said Tho Odell his heires Executors adm.rs and assignes
       and Every of them in manner and forme
       following (that is to say) that he the said James
       murra is now the true Lawfull and soule owner
       of the aforesaid tract of Land and all other singuler
       the premises and of Every part and parcle thereof
       with the appurtenances ^&^ now hath in himselfe good right
       full power and Lawfull authority to Give grant sell
       Enfeoofe and confirme the before menconed Land
       and pmises all and Every part and parcle thereof
       with the appurtences to him the said Tho odell his heires  
       Executors adm.rs and assignes for Ever in manner and forme
       aforesaid and that he the said Tho odell his heires Executors
       adm.rs and assignes shall and may for Ever hereafter
       have hold use occupye Enjoy and possess the before
       menconed & Bargained Land and premises w.thout
       the Lett suite truble molestation denyall truble or
       Interuption of him the said James Murra his heires
       Execut.rs adm.rs and assignes free and Cleare freely
       and Clearely Discharged or otherwise by the
       said James murra his heires and assignes defended
