       Exonerate and for Ever Discharge by these
       psents as alsoe for Divers Good Causes and
       Consideracons being thereunto Likewise and
       Especially moveing  Hath Given Granted
       bargained sold aleined Enfeoffe and Confirmed
       and by these psents Doth fully freely Clearely
       and absolutely give grant bargine sell
       Enfeoofe and Confirme unto the said Tho
       Odell his heires Execut.rs adm.rs and assignes
       for Ever two hundred and tenn acres of Land
       out of the aforesaid tract of Land Called
       athell begining at the frst bounded tree
       of the said land and runing north East one
       hundred and thre pches to a bounded
                                     then north west three hundred
       and Twenty pches to a bounded
                         in the south west line of the said
       Land then south west to the Last bounded tree
       of the said athell then by a Direct Line to
       the first bounder Containing and now Laid
       out for two hundred and tenn acres more or
       Less and alsoe the aforesaid tract of Land called
       the addition begining at a bounded read oake
       of the afores.d Land athell and runing ^thence south^ west
       fourty foure pches to a parcle of Land of
       Tho Brownes then w.th Brownes Line south East
       three hundred twenty six pches then north East
       fourty four pches then north west to the first bounded
       of athell Containeing and Laid for Eighty nine acres
       more or Less to have and to hold all the aforesaid
       parcle and tract of Lands with all the dwelling
       houses our houses woods trees underwoods fences
       springs and water Courses with all other the profitts
       and benefitts to the same belonging or appertaineing
       (Royal mines only Excepted)
