961 and the s.d Thomas for himselfe & his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs doth hereby Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & with him y.e said Charles and his heires that y.e afd three tracts of Land hereby sould are at the time of the ensealing & Delivery of these p.rsents Clear & free of & from all maner of Incumbrances w.tsoever whether by statutes judgements Recognizances forfeitures or attainders of the s.d Thomas Reynolds or the lines of the s.d tracts or either of them runing into ancienter surveys or by any other ways or means w.tsoever save onely the quitt rents now Due or hereafter to Grow Due to the R.tt Hon.ble the Lord Propry And that the s.d Thomas for himselfe shall forever war.t and De^f^nd the same ag.t all psons w.tsoever unto him the s.d Charles his heires & assignes for Ever provided allways and it is the true intent and meaning of these p.rsents that if the s.d Thomas his heires Ex.rs or adm.rs shall & Doe well & truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Charles his Ex.rs or adm.rs at his now Dwelling house at the Porte of Annapolis on y.e twentyeth Day of aprill yearly During the te^a^rme of foure yeares from the Date hereof the Legall interest by law allowed (or) |
