       thereof and of every Part and parcell thereof
       Doe hereby for them their heires Ex.rs & adm.rs
       exonerate acquitt and Discharge him the s.d Charles Carroll
       and hold themselves fully sattisfied have
       Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed
       ^that by these p.rsents they Doe for y.m and their heires bargain sell allien Enfeoffe and Confirme^ unto him y.e s.d Charles his heirs and assignes for
       ever all those three severall tracts of Land herein
       after specified (viz.t) a Tract of Land lyeing in
       Prince Georges County called the foxes Denn
       Cont.a one Thousand a & orriginally Granted the
       s.d Thomas the tenth Day of october seventeen
       hundred & foure also another Tract of Land lyeing
       in annarundell County Called nealson
       Containing one hundred a & originally Granted
       to one neal Clark the fifteenth Day of
       february sixteen hundred fifty & nine & now
       vested in the s.d Thomas and allsoe another
       Tract of Land cont.a fifty a scituate Lyeing
       & being in y.e s.d County called the Landing
       Place Contiguous to the former both w.ch
       tracts was by the said Neal by his Deed intended
       beareing Date the twenty eighth Day of
       march seventeen hundred and foure conveyed &
       made over unto him the s.d Tho.s his heirs and
       assig for Ever  To have and To hold the s.d
       three severall Tracts of Lands & p.rmisses
       togeather w.th all & singular their & Every
       of their appurtenances unto him the s.d Charles
       his heires & assignes forever to y.e onely prop.r
       use & behoofe of him the said Charles and
       to noe other use intent or purpose w.tsoever
