       property out of or in the same by from or und.r
       him them or any person w.tsoever  And that he
       the said John Brice & his heires shall & will
       from time to time & att any time hereafter during
       the space of seven years from the Date
       hereof at y.e reasonable requests & at the proper
       Costs & Charges in the Law of him the said George
       Parker his heires or Assigns Do make acknowledge
       suffer & execute or cause to be made done acknowledged
       suffered or executed all or any such further
       & other Deed or Deeds Assurance or Assurances
       in the Law for the better & further assuring surety
       & surety the hereby granted Land & p.rmisses to
       the said George Parker his heires or Assignes
       as by the said George Parker his heires or assis
       or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law
       shall be reasonably advised ^Devised^ or required
       In Wittness
       whereof the partys to these presents have hereto
       interchangeably sett their hands and seals
