       Memorand that on the 26.th day of May 1706 came
       before us Thomas Smith and John Hawkins Esquires
       two of her Majesties Justices of the Prov.ll Court of
       Maryland the within named Aaron Rawlings and
       acknowledged the within Deed to have been signed
       sealed and delivered by him to Jonathan Scarth
       within mentioned and the Lands thereby conveyed
       to be the said Jonathans his heires and assignes
       subject to the provisoe within mentioned according
       to act of assembly in that case made and provided
       and Susannah the wife of the said Aaron being
       Examinied by us secretly out of the hearing of
       her said husband owned and Expressed her consent
       to the within conveyance and sayes she
       was noe wayes compelled thereto by her said
       Husband
