944 appurtinances to the said Jonathan his heires and assignes forever as his or their Counsill learned in the Law shall or will reasonably advise or Devise at his or their Cost and charges in the law Provided alwayes and it is the true intent and meaneing of this Indenture and of Every clause therein that if the said Aaron Rawlins his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs or any of them doe and shall at or before the thirteenth day of May which shall be in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand seaven hundred and nine contant and pay unto the said Jonathan Scarth his Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the sume of Eeight hundred pounds ster together with lawfull Interest at the Rate of six p Cent yearely then this Indenture & Every article therein contained to be void and of noe force otherwise & in default of such payment to be & Remaine in full force In wittness whereof the said parties have to these presents interchangeably sett their hands and affixed their seales the Day and yeare first above written Aron Rawlings (seale) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thous indorsed Viz.t Being present at the signeing sealeing and Delivery hereof Tho Macnemara |
