       Aprill one Thousand seaven hundred and
       it is our will and Desire that the said w.thin
       written Dee and this our Testimony may be recorded
       in the book of records in baltemore County
       where the said Land Lieth or in the provinciall
       Court of this province of maryland taken
       before us being two of the Justices of the
       provinciall Court      John Thompson
                                      James Round
       likewise Endorsed

                      may 24.th 1700

       Then Came before us Jumina the wife
       of James murra and acknowledged (that
       without the threats or secrett pswations)
       of her husband she gave her free Consent
       to the w.thin menconed bargained Land and pmises
       and Every part and parcle thereof that it
       should remaine and be unto the w.thin
       named Tho Bale his heires and assignes
       for Ever
