(95 This Indenture made the sixth day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord one thousand seaven hundred Between James murra of Baltemore County in the province of maryland planter of the one p.t and Tho Odell of Ann Arundell County in the province aforesaid Gentl of the other p.r Witnesseth that whereas the Right hon.ble Charles Lord barron of Baltemore absolute Lord and proprieter of the province of maryland and Avalon &c.a by his Letters patents bareing date the tenth day of november one Thousand six hundred ninty five Did Grant unto the said James murra A Certaine Tract of Land Caled Athell Cont.a and Laid out for six hundred and seaventeen acres and by his Letters patents bareing date the aforesaid tenth day of november one Thousand six hundred ninty five did grant unto the said James murta a certaine tract of Land Called murras addition Cont.a and Laid out f Eighty nine acre Both which tracts are Lieing in baltemore County on the north side of patapscoe river and on a ridge Cauled hinting ridge relations being had unto the pattents Doth more at Large appeare Now therefore these presents Witnesseth that he the said James murra for and In Consideracon of the full sume of fifty pounds sterl Good and Lawfull mony of England to him the said James murra in hand well and truely payd by the said Tho odell at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these psents the receipt whereof the said murra Doth hereby acknowledge and of Every p.t and parcle thereof to be fully satisfied Contented and paid and the said Tho Odell his heires Executors adm.rs and assignes Doth acquitt Exonerate |
