       thing of in or to the said tract of Land and p.rmises
       before menconed to be hereby bargained or sould or
       any part or parcle thereof shall and will for Ever
       warrent and Defend the beforemenconed pmises
       and will upon Every other reasonable request
       further doe acknowledge sufer to be done acknowledged
       and suffered to be mad to be Done and Executed to
       him hereafter for the space of seaven yeares next
       Insewing Every such former act further and Lawfull
       act and acts thing and things device and Devices
       assureance and assureances in the Law whatsoever
       as by the said Tho Bale his heires Executors adm.rs
       and assignes or their Councell Lerned in the Law
       shall be reasonably Devised advised or required
       for the better assureing sure makeing and Conveyeing
       and for the Cleare and absolute
       haveing of the said tract of Land and pmises in
       Witness Whereof the said James Murta hath
       hereunto sett his hand seale the Day and yeare
       first above written
sealed signed and Del                           James Murray  (seale)
in the psence of us
       Cadwared w Cs I Joanes
       Thomas odell

          on the back of the foregoeing Deed was indorst

       Memorand that the within written Deed was acknowledged
       by the said James murra to be the right
       title and Intrest and proper Estate of the w.thin
       named Tho Bale and to be and remained to him
       his heires Execut.rs adm.rs and assignes for Ever in
       Testimony whereof we have hereto subscribed
