       This Indenture made the thirteenth
       day of May in the fifth year
       of the Reign of our soveraigne Lady
       Anne by the Grace of God of England
       Scotland France & Ireland Queen
       Defender of the faith &c and in in the
       yeare of ^our^ Lord God one thousand seven
       hundred and six  Between Aaron
       Rawlings of annarundell County in
       the Province of Maryland planter of
       the one part & Jonathan Scarth of the
       Citty of London in the Knigdome of
       England merchant of the other part
       wittnesseth that the said Aaron
       Rawlings for and in consideration of the
       just and full sume of Eight hundred
       pounds sterl Currant and lawfull mony
       of England to him in hand payd by the
       said Jonathan Scarth before the Ensealeing
       & delivery of these presents  The receipt
       whereof the said Aaron Rawlins doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and
       of every part and parcell thereof doth
       hereby clearly and absolutely for himselfe
       his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs acquitt Exonerate
       and for Ever Discharge the said
       Jonathan Scarth his heires Executors
