       adm.rs and assignes for Ever hath given granted
       bargained, sold, aliened, Enfeofed, released, made
       over, and confirmed, as by these presents he the s.d
       Aaron Rawlings Doth for him and his heirs,
       Give grant, bargaine, sell, alien, Enfeoff, Release,
       make over and Confirme unto him the said Jonathan
       Scarth his heirs and assignes, all them and
       those the Three severall Tracts, seats or Dividends
       of Land herein after expressed and described by
       their severall and Respective bounds viz.t  Part
       of Ropers Range scituate lyeing and being in
       Prince Georges County between the westerne
       branch and Collington  Begining at a bounded
       Red oake sapling standing in the Line of Sam.ll
       Duvalls Land, runneing North one hundred and
       fifty perches to a bounded Red oake & hickry
       sapling, then West two hundred and thirteen per
       and two third of a perch to a Pare Tree thence
       south one hundred and fifty perches to a bounded
       red oake standing in the Line of Richard Butts then
       East with a streight Line containeing two hundred
       acres of Land called Brownes adventure
       containing & formerly laid out for one thousand
       acres scituate lyeing and being in Baltemore
       County on the North side of Potapscoe River &
       on the North side of the Land of Collonell John
       Taylor the said part containeing by Estimation
