       Marriott his heires and assignes for ever all
       That the aforementioned Tract or parcell of
       Land and p.rmises with all houses Edifices and
       other its appurtences to the same belonging or
       in any wise appertaining  To have and to hold
       the said Tract of Land p.rmises and appurtences
       whatsoever to the same belonging unto him
       the said John Marriot his heires and assignes
       for ever to the only proper use and behoofe of
       him the said John Marriot his heires and
       assignes for ever more and to None other use
       intent or purpose whatsoever and the said
       Nicholas Shepheard Doth hereby for himself
       his heires Executors and administrators and
       every of them Covenant promise grant and
       agree to and with the said John Marriot his
       and assignes that he the said Nicholas Shepheard
       at and before the ensealeing and Delivery of these
       presents is rightly and Lawfully seized of and in
       the afd tract of Land and p.rmises in his Demeasne
       as of fee simple w.thout any condition or qualification
       to alter or Determine the s.d Estate and
       that he hath in himself good right full power
       and Lawfull authority to Invest the same upon
       him the said John Marriot his heires and
       assignes forever in Manner afd  And the s.d
