       west forty perches south forty two degrees
       Westerly one hundred and twenty pches
       south forty degrees Easterly Eighty four
       pches to a bound Hiccory then East two
       hundred and ten pches then North one
       hundred ninety phes then Directly to y.e
       first tree containing and Laid out for
       two hundred ninety two acres of Land
       more or Less as by the same letters
       patent relation being thereunto had
       May more fully appeare He the said
       Nicholas for & in consideration of the
       sume of Thirty pounds sterl by the
       s.d John Marriot to him the said Nicholas
       Shepheard in hand paid or secured to be
       paid the receipt whereof he the said
       Nicholas Shepheard Doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and from
       every part and parcell thereof doth
       fully clearly and absolutely Exonerate
       acquit and discharge the said John
       Marriot his heires Ex.rs & adm.rs Hath
       Given granted bargained sold alened
       Enfeoffed and Confirmed and Doth by
