       whatsoever  And the said William
       Chapling doth for himselfe his heires
       executors and adm.rs hereby Covenant
       and promise to warrant and defend
       the before bargained premises and
       every part thereof to him the said
       Allexander Parran his heires and
       assis for ever ag.t any pson or psons
       whatsoever claymeing the same or
       any part thereof  And further that
       they y.e said William Chapling ^party^ to these
       p.rsents and the said Elizabeth Travis
       are true and lawfull owners of the
       before bargained p.rmises and have in
       themselves full power and Authority
       to grant bargaine and sell the same
       as aforesaid and that the said Allexander
       Parran his heires and assis shall at
       all tyme from hence forward peaceably
       and quietly enjoy the same Free from
       all incombrances except y.e rent to grow
       due to y.e Cheife Lord of y.e Fee  And
       lastly y.e s.d William Chapling partie
