       with his owne land Contayneing one hundred
       Acres more or less  And alsoe all that peace
       or parcell of land whereon the said William
       Chapling the Father sometyme since did
       dwell scituate neare a Creeke call S.t Leonards
       Creeke bounding on y.e south with a branch
       of y.e said Creeke called Fiching Creeke
       on y.e west with a branch of the said Fishing
       Creeke called Chaplings Branch on y.e North
       with the Land of Thomas Hatton Gent
       on the East with the Land of William
       Ewen and a line drawne from the said
       Ewens exterior marked Tree North and
       by West unto y.e Land of the said William
       Hatton conteyneing one hundred Acres
       more or Less Together w.th all houses ediffices
       and buildings Fenceings woods & underwoods
       now standing being or growing on y.e s.d Two
       severall Tracts of Land or either of them &
       all other improvements whatsoever To have
       and to hold the same and every part or
       parcell thereof to him the said Alexander
       Parran his heires and asis for ever to
       his and there owne proper use and uses
       and to noe other use intent or purpose
