       Acknowledge & therefrom doth discharge the
       sd Samuel Norwood his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Every of
       Them hath Given Granted Bargained sold
       Alien'd Enfeoff'd released and Confirmed & by
       these presents doth Give Grant bargain sell
       Alien Enfeoff release & Confirm to the said Sam.ll
       Norwood his heires & Assigns for ever all that tract
       or parcell of Land so given Devised & bequeath'd
       to the said Sam.ll Dorsey by the said Coll.o Edw.d
       Dorsey ^as^ afd & not before given or granted To y.e
       afd four sons of the s.d Coll Edward Dorsey
       together w.th all and singuler the houses edifices
       buildings tob.o houses Yards gardens
       orchards or any manner of appurtenances
       Thereto belonging or in any manner of wise
       Appertaining or accepted or taken as part
       parcell or member Thereof  To have &
       to hold; the same with all & singular y.e
       premisses & Appurts to the s.d Samuel Norwood
       his heires and assigns forever To his & their sole
       pper use & behoof for ever  And the said Sam.ll
       Dorsey for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs &
