902 or less That is to say) To Joshua Dorsey one hundred acres; to John Dorsey one hundred Acres; & Nicholas Dorsey one hundred acres & to Benjamine Dorsey one hundred Acres thereof; & w.ras the s.d Coll.o Edward Dorsey did afterwards viz.t y.e Twenty sixth day of October 1704 make his last will & Testament in Writing & did Therein & thereby Give grant & bequeath unto the said Samuel Dorsey party to these presents all that the remaining part of the Land afd Called Majors Choice not before disposed of to his Children afd y.e whole Containing six hundred Acres be the same more or less & The s.d Coll.o Edward Dorsey Afterwards died since which y.e afd Will hath been pved according to Law & is recorded in the Prerogative office of This pvince Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Sam.ll Dorsey for & in Consideracon of the sume of seaventy five pounds sterl to him in hand already paid & secured to be paid by the said Samuell Norwood at & before the Ensealing & delivery whereof the receipt whereof he doth hereby (acknowledge) |
