       Dorsey from time to time att all times
       hereafter y.e afd tract of land and premisses
       hereby granted or Intended to be hereby
       granted bargain'd & sold to the s.d Sam.l
       Norwood his heires & Assigns shall &
       will war.t & for ever defend of & from
       All or any manner of Incumbrances
       whatsoever (the rents & services from hence
       forth growing due & payable to the
       Chief Lord or Lords of the fees only excepted
       & fore prised) In Wittness
       whereof the said Sam.l Dorsey hath
       hereto sett his hand & seale the day
       & year first above Written
                                           Samuell Dorsey   (seal)

             On the back of the aforegoing Deed
       Was thus Indorsed (Viz.t)
       Sealed & Deld in p.rsents of
                J Collins      Char Kilburne
       Benj.a Fordham

                March 15.th 1705/6

       Bee it remembred y.t hereinto co.rt came
       Sam.l Dorsey party to the w.thin deed & did
       Acknowledge the land w.thin granted to be y.e
       right of the w.thin named Sam.ll Norwood his
