       This Indenture made y.e fifteenth day of March
9 sides   In the fifth year of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lady
       Anne by y.e Grace of God of England Scotland France &
       Ireland Queen Defender of y.e faith &c.a Annoq Domini
       1705/6 Between Samuell Dorsey of Annarundell County
       Gentleman of the one parte & Samuell Norwood
       of the same County Gentleman of the other parte
       Wittnesseth that whereas Coll.o Edward Dorsey did in
       his lifetime stands possessed & seized in his demesne
       as of ^fee of^ and in a Certain Tract of Land called Majors
       Choice scituate lying and being in Baltemore
       County on Petapscoe River & the s.d Edward Dorsey
       being so seized as afores.d did by a Deed of
       Gift bearing date the nineth day of Aprill One
       Thousand Seaven hundred Duly Executed acknowledged
       & recorded Give & Grant unto four of his
       Children four hund.d Acres of Land out of y.e afd
       Tract of land Called Majors Choice (The whole
       Containing six hundred Acres be the same more
