       hereby bargained or sold or hereby intend'd to be bargan'd
       or sold & lastly y.e sd Daniel Kendall & Joannah his Wife
       for themselfs & their heirs doth covenant promise grant
       & agree to & with y.e sd Amos Garrett his heires & asis y.t they y.e sd
       Daniel Kendall & Joannah his Wife for himself & either of
       them & their heires y.e Land & p.rmises so as afd bargain'd or
       sold unto y.e sd Amos Garrett his heirs & asis shall forever
       hereafter Warrant & defend of & from all manner of defects
       & incumbrances wheather it be by y.e sd Land running into
       former or more ancient surveys or any other pson or psons
       claiming or to claim any right title or interest thereunto
