(89) This Indenture made the sixth day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord one thousand seaven hundred Betweene James Murra of Baltemore County in the province of maryland planter of the one part and Tho Bale of Ann Arundell County in the province aforesaid march.t of the other part Witnesseth that whereas the R.t Hon.ble Charles Lord barron of baltemore absolute Lord and prop.ry of the province of maryland and Avallon &c.a by his letters patents bareing date the sixteenth day of october one thousand six hundred ninty Eight did Grant unto the said James murray a Certaine tract of Land Called Murrays point lyeing in baltemore County being in the forke of the midle branch and the south west Branch of patapsco river begining at a bounded tree of a peice of land taken up by one paule kinsey and runing with the said Land south south west to the sowth west branch of the said river one hundred sixty Eight pches then downe the said branch East north East Eighteen pches then north and by East halfe a point Easterly thirty six pches then north East and by East seaventy six pches then East and by south tenn pches then north halfe a point Easterly to a point being the devideing betweene the two branches thirty six pches then with a direct lyne to the first bounded tree Containing and Layd out for sixty Eight and a halfe acres of Land more or Less now these presents Witnesseth that the said James murra for and in Consideracon of the full and Just sume of thirty pounds good and Lawfull mony of England to him the said James murra in hand well and truely payd by the said Tho Bale at and before the Ensealing and Delivery hereof |
