88) attorney or Execut.rs as witness my hand Rich.d Jones Richard Kilburne Dan Palmer John Carrington Endorsed may the 21.th 1700 Then came before me James saunders one of his maj.tys Justices of the provinciall Court Richard Jones sen.r and made oath on the holy Evangelist that the within Dan palmer did signe and Deliver the w.thin writeing as his act and Deed proved before me James saunders June the 7.th Day 1699 This Day Coll Nenian Beale hath sworne that within five or six yards of a small hickkory that it now standing of the north side of the road that goes to the pratters from mathw mobby and standing up on the south side of mager sovell Land and standing in the line of the said land that thare or there about stand the antient bounded hiccery it being the north East Corner Tree of a tract of land Called Chessex sworne before us Rob.t Tyler sam.ll magruder June the 7.th 1699 This Day Coll Ninian Beale made oath that he bounded this redd oake standing on the south side of the road as you goe to M.rs Spriges it being the second bounded tree of a parcle of land Called and it being south East corner of the Land Caled Chessce maid oath before us Rob.t Tyler sam.ll magruder |
