       This Indenture Made y.e Twenty third day of
       October in y.e fourth year of y.e Reign of our soveraign
       Lady Queen Anne Annoq Dni one thousand seven
       hundred & five Between Daniel Kendall of Baltemore
       County Planter and Joan his Wife of y.e one
       parte  And Amos Garrett of Ann Arundell County
       Merch.t of y.e other parte whereas y.e Right Hon.ble
       Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore &c.a By his
       lett.rs Pattens bearing date the first day of May 1701
       did Grant to one Daniel Kendall of Baltemore
       County in y.e Province of Maryland a percell of Land
       called Kendalls Delight lying & being in Baltemore
       County on y.e West side y.e North Branch of Potuxent
       River Beginning at a bounded White oake of
       Sam.l Dryers by y.e sd River thence North Twenty
       degrees Westerly one hundred & Twenty P.s to
       a Bounded Gumb & white oak standing at y.e mouth
       of y.e North West branch then North West one
       hundred Perches to a bound'd white Oak still North
       West one hundred & Twenty p.s to a White Oak and
       hiccory then West one hundred & seventy Eight p.s
       then south Twenty five degrees Easterly three hundred
       Eighty seven p.s to Doddridge Land then with sd Doddridge
       North seventy five degrees Easterly one hundred p.s
       to a Corner of sd Dryers Land thence diretly to y.e
       first Tree containing & now laid out for five hundred
       Acres more or less And Whereas y.e sd Daniel Kendall
       by a Certain Deed of Conveyance bearing date y.e
       or a Certain Garrett Tapping Plant.r did alienate
       assign Transfer sell & Make over to a Certain John
       Brice Merch.t Two hundred & fifty Acres out of y.e sd
       five hundred Acres one the      side of the as p.r conveyance
       may appear The remayning Two hundred & fifty acres
       y.e sd Daniel Kendall & Joanah his Wife doth hereby
       alienate assign Transfer & make over as an Estate
