       Enlargm.t lying in Baltemore County on y.e West side y.e North
       Branch of Potuxent River begining at y.e End of y.e South

       Kendalls delight laid out for & in y.e Name of y.e sd Daniel
       thence West Twenty five Degrees Sly Two hundred & seventy
       three p.s thence East Twenty five degrees Wly Two hundred
       & fourty p.rs thence East Twenty five degrees Nly Two hundred
       & seventy three p.rs to y.e afd Land called Kendalls Delight

       Joannah his Wife for & in concideration of y.e sume of
       Thirty pounds ster to him in hand p.d by y.e sd Amos Garrett
       y.e receipt whereof y.e sd Daniel Kendall doth hereby
       acknowledge & thereof & of every part & percell thereof
       doth hereby fully clearly & absolutely Exonorate acquitt &
       discharge him y.e sd Amos Garrett hath given granted bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed & confirmed as by these

       doth give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff & confirm unto
