       Hawkines his heires Executors Administrators & assignes
       shall peaceablely & quietly have hold occupy posses &
       Injoy the afd Land & tennement hereby bargened & sold
       free from y.e Lest sute hinderance trouble molestation &
       Interruption of him y.e sd Thomas Hammond & Rebecca
       his wife or any of their heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or any other
       pson or psons Claiming by from or under him them or
       any of them   In wittness whereof y.e partyes to this
       p.rsent indenture have sett their hand and seales the
       day and year above written
