       Tho Cooper and John Knight Eight of the Constituants
       did now before us in Court seale and as
       their act and Deed Deliver the said procuracon
       to the use and for the Intents and purposess therein
       menconed In fayth and testimony whereof we
       the said Lord major and aldermen have Caused
       the seale of the office of maioralty of the said
       Citty of London to be hereunto put and affixed
       Dated in London the Twenty seaventh Day
       of Janu.ry Anno Dm 1699 and in the Eleaventh
