       Also with all deeds pattents Evidences & welling w.tsoever
       touching & Concerning the same premises or any parte
       thereof To have & to hold y.e sd tract of land & p.rmises
       with y.e appurtenances Above granted and every parte &
       parcell thereof Unto the sd Sam.ll Lowman his heires &
       Assignes for ever To and for the only proper use and behoofe
       of him the said Sam.ll Lowman his heires & Assignes for
       ever more To be holden of the cheife Lord or Lords of y.e
       fee or fees thereof by y.e rents & services therefore due
       and of right Accustomed And the sd James Robinson
       for himselfe & his heires the sd tract of land and premises
       with y.e Appurtenances Above granted and every parte &
       Parcell thereof ag.t him y.e sd James Robinson and his
       heires and Against all and every other person and
       p.rsons whatsoever Claiming or to claime y.e same
       Premises or any parte thereof by from or under him y.m
       or any of them unto y.e sd Sam.ll Lowman his heires &
       Assignes shall & will Warr and for ever defend by these
       p.rsents  And the sd James Robinson for himselfe his heires
       Executo.rs Adm.rs and Assignes doth covenant grant and
       Agree to and with y.e said Sam.ll Lowman his heires &
       Assignes by these presents in manner & forme following
       That is to say that he the said James Robinson for and
       Notwithstanding Any Act matter cause or thing w.tsoever
       by him the said James Robinson done to y.e contrary
       now is & standeth lawfully rightfully and absolutely
       seizd of & in y.e said tract of land & premises with the
       appurtenances and every parte and parcell thereof
