876 One hundred & seaventeen Pches to y.e first mencond Spannish oake and place of beginning Cont.a in land & Marsh Tree hundred Acres thereabouts be the same more or less Comonly calld and known by y.e name of Bretton as by A Certificate and pattent upon y.e land records of y.e sd province of Maryland relacon being thereunto had may appeare which sd land was formerly laid out for one Wm Bretton and taken up y.e Nineth day of september in y.e Yeare of our Lord one thousand six hundred fifty Nine which sd land fell by himselfe unto one Wm Tompson of Charles County in the ^said^ province of Maryl.d son and heir of Mary the sole daughter and heire of the said wm Bretton y.e which said land was by y.e sd Wm Tompson conveyd to one John Sewall and by the sd Jn.o Sewell conveyd to y.e Aforesd James Robinson as by deed bearing date y.e thirtieth day of Aprill in y.e year of our Lord one thousand six hundred Eighty six and remaining upon the records of Cecill Co.ty Aforesd relation being thereunto had more fully & at large may Appeare And which sd land is now in possession of him y.e said James Robinson his assigne or assignes togeather with all houses out houses Edifices Buildings Barnes Stables orchards Gardens ways waters woods Underwoods Proffitts comoditys Improovements and appurtences whatsoever to the same tract of land belonging or in any wise Appertaining & the revercon & revercons remainder & remainders of all & singuler y.e sd premises togeather |
