       Hanna and their heirs or either of th^e^ir heirs
       shall and will from time to time and at all
       times hereafter save and keep harmless as
       well the said Charles Carroll his heires and
       assignes as alsoe the Lands and premisses hereby
       bargained and sold or intended to be hereby bargained
       and sold of and from all former bargaines, sales,
       Joyntures, dowrs, titles of dow.r statutes judgem.ts
       recognizances rent Charges of rent and all
       other Charges or incumbrance whatsoever had
       made or don either by the said John Cole or
       any other pson or psons claming from by or
       under him or otherwise and the said John
       & Johanna Doe for them selves and their
       heirs Covenant promise grant and agree to
       and with the said Charles Carroll and his
       heirs that he the said John and Hanna shall
       and will for ever hereafter warrant & Defend
       the Lands and p.rmisses hereby bargained and
       sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold
       as well against them the said John and
       Johanna and their heirs or against all manner
       of psons claims and intanglements whatsoever
       Provided always that it is the true Intent
       and Meaning of this Deed that If the sd John
       Cole hi heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall pay unto y.e sd
       Charles his Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the above
       said sume of one hundred thirty three pounds
       and tenn pence ster with the legall interest
