       one thousand seaven hundred and five  Between
       John Cole and Johanna his wife of Baltemore County
       planter of the one part  And Charles Carroll Esq
       of annarundell County of the other part  wittnesseth
       that the said John and Johanna for and in consideration
       of the sume of one hundred thirty three pounds & tenn pence
       ster to them in hand paid or secured paid the receipt they
       doe hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part
       thereof they doe hereby for them selves their heirs Ex.rs
       and adm.rs exonerate acquit and discharge the said
       Charles his heires Ex.rs and adm.rs Hath Given granted
       bargained sold aliened enfeofed and made over as by
       these p.rsents he the said John and Hanna doe for them
       and their heirs Give Grant bargaine sell aliene
       enfeofe confirme and make over unto the sd Charles      
       his heirs and assignes for ever two tracts of Land the one
       Called Come by Chance originally taken up by John
       Richardson the other tract Called the Insignes Groves
       lying Contiguous to and adjoying to Come by Chance in
       the said Baltemor County together with all & singular
       the dwelling houses out houses tobacco houses orchards
       fences inclosures and other unprovements whatsoever
       to y.e said tracts or either of them apertaing or
       in any ways belonging  To have and To hold the sd
       two tracts of Land with all and singular the apurtenances
       or impovements whatsoever thereunto belonging unto
       him the said Charles his heires and assignes for ever
       to y.e onely prop use and behoofe of him the said Charles
       and to noe other use intent or meaning whatsoever
       and the John and Hanna doe for themselves and
       theire heirs Covenant promise grant agree to and
       with the said Charles and his heires y.t ^they^ y.e sd John &
