       Admiralty Jurisdiction of the provinces of Maryland & Pensilvania
       for the time being Sir Thomas Laurence and the Secretary of our
       said province of Maryland for the time being the Surveyor
       Generall of our customes in America for the time being the
       receiver of our Revenue for the district of Patuxent in the
       Province of Maryland now and for the time being the receiver
       of our Revenue for the district of potomock in the province
       of Maryland now and for the time being And the Collectors of Our
       Plantations Duties in Maryland and in pennsilvania for the
       time being to be our Commissioners at and for our said province
       of Maryland and Pensilvania in America for the Examining
       enquiring of trying hearing Determining and adjudging according
       to the directions of the said act in any Place at sea or
