       All That tract or parcell of Land Called Majors
       Choice lying in Calvert County afd and also two
       Negro men the one Called Tom, & the other Called
       Cesar, & Like wise, two negro women the one
       Called Tenny, & the other Called Thena together
       with all and singular the houses, Edifices,
       Woods, under woods, Wood grounds, Orchards, Gardens,
       Barns, Stables, profitts, benefitts, Comodities, Advantages,
       Hereditaments, & Apendances, of them, any or
       either of them or thereunto Belonging, or any wise
       Appertaining, or reputed or taken theirunto to belong
       or App^ert^aine & all and singular Deeds, Charters,  
       Evidences, & writings, relateing unto or in any wise
       Concerning the sd tract of Land or negros afd or any
       of them now in the power & Custody of the sd Tho
       or of any other person or psons intrust for him or
       to his use & the revercon, & Revertions, remainder, &
       remainders Rents, issues, and profitts, of all & singular
       the premices, & all the Estate, right, Title, & interest,
       Property, Claime, & Demand, w.tsoever in Law
       or Equity, of him the s.d Tho Stirling of in & to the
       same or Any part or parcell Thereof  To Have And
       To hold the sd tract of Land, or ground, & Negros afd,
       and Every of them and all and singular other the
       premises with their and Every of their appurtances
       (herein before granted, released and Confirmed, or intended
       to be hereby granted, released & Confirmed unto him^the^self
