835 and purposes unto him the sd John Hyde his heires and assigns for Ever In Wittness whereof the parties to these Psents have hereunto Interchangably sett their hand seals the Day and year first above written William Parker (seal) On the back of the aforegoing Deed was Indosed Sealed & Delivered in psents of Evan Jones Charles Carroll Junior Memorandum that this Day to witt the sixteenth Day of May came the within named William Parker before us two of the Justices of her Majestyes Provinicall Court & acknowledged this Deed according to act of assembly in that Case made & Provided Samuell Young int.r May y.e 24.th 1705 P Thomas Smith Th Bordley Clk This Indenture made the fourteenth day of January one Thousand seaven hundred & four By and Between Thomas Sterling of Calvert County & in the Province of Maryland Gent of the one part & John Hyde of the City of London in the Kingdome of England Merchant of the other part wittnesseth that the sd Thomas Sterling for & in Consideracon of the sume of three hundred thirty & four pound four shill five pence Lawfull mony of England by the said John Hyde unto the s.d Thomas Sterling att & before the sealing and Delivery of these presents in hand well and truely paid the receipt whereof the sd Thomas Stirling Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof & every part and parcell thereof Doth Acquitt, Exonerate, release & discharge, the sd John Hyde his heires Execut.rs & Adm.rs for ever by these psents hath Granted, bargained, sold, released, & Confirmed, and by these psents Doth Grant, bargaine sell, release, & Confirm, unto the said John Hyde, (all) |
