820 unto him the said Richard Bennett his heires and assignes for ever All the severall and particular Tracts or parcells of Land which he the said Robert Ungle lately purchased of M.r Robert Grundy lying and being in Talbott County aforesaid and more Amply Exprest as followeth (Viz.t) all That Plantation or Messuage whereon the said Robert Ungle now dwelleth Together with all That Trat or parcell of Land conteined within the Bounds hereafter Mentioned (scituate upon a Creek issuing out of Tredaven Creek called the Haling or Plaindealing Creek conteining all that Tract or parcell of Land called by the Name of Plaindealing orignially granted to Joseph Winslow with part of divers and sundry other Tracts ^or Pcells^ of Land adjoyning to the same) Beginning att a Marked Oak standing att the head of the afores.d Creek called the haling or Plaindealing Creek being the Third bounded Tree of the afores.d Land called Plaindealing and runing thence North East by North sixty six perches to a marked Pine Tree and from thence East and by south Twenty perches then South East sixty perches thence North East Twenty Two perches thence North west Eighty perches thence South west by West fifty perches thence North West Seventy Two perches ^thence South by East four degrees Easterly one hundred ninety three pches^ thence South East fifty perches to the first Marked Oak of the aforesaid Land called plaine Dealing and from the said oak South East to the head of a Small Cove issuing out of Plaindealing Creek then down the said Cove and up |
