       hereof  And in all other things as sheriff of the County of Ann
       arundell shall behave himself well and Honestly towards all
       persons according to the best of his power skill & knowledge Then

       This Indenture made the fifeth      Day of
       Aprill in the fourth Year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne
       by the Grace of God of England Scottland France and Ireland Queen
       Defender of the Faith &c and in the Year of our Lord God one thousand
       seven hundred and five  Between Robert Ungle of Talbott
       County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the one part And
       Richard Bennett of the same County Merchant of the other part
       Wittnesseth That the said Robert Ungle for and in Consideration
       of the Sume of Three hundred & fifety pounds of good and
       lawfull Money of England to him in hand paid or otherwise secured
       to be paid by him the said Richard Bennett before y.e ensealing and
       delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Robert Ungle
       doth hereby acknowledge and Confess and himselfe to be therewith
       ^fully^ satisfyed contented & paid and thereof ^and of^ every part and parcell thereof
       doth release acquitt and discharge the said Richard Bennett his heires
       Executors and administrators for ever by these p.rsents  Hath given
       and granted and by these presents Doath  fully clearly and absolutely
       Give and Grant Bargaine sell aliene release Enffeoffe and confirme
