       Know all Men by these p.rsents that Wee John Gresham
       Jun.r of Ann Arundell County Gent John Gresham Sen.r
       of Ann Arundell County Gent and Thomas Reynolds of
       Ann Arundell County Gent are holden and firmly bound
       unto our Sovereign Lady Anne &c in the full sume & just
       Quantity of two hundred thousand pounds of good sound
       Merchantable leafe Tobacco & Casq to be payd to her said
       Majesty her heires and successors  To the Which payment
       well and truly to be made Wee bind our selves & either of
       us & either of our heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Joyntly and severally
       for the whole and in the whole firmly by these p.rsents
       seald with our seals & dated this seventeenth day of
       March in the fourth year of her Ma.tys reign &c Annoq
       Dm One thousand seven hundred and four

    The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the
    above bound John Gresham Jun.r do well and truly serve her
    said Maj.ty her heires and successors in the Office of High Sheriff
    of the County of Ann arundell within this province and shall also
    render to her said Majesty & other her Officers a true faithfull
    and perfect Account of all and singular her said Majestys Rights
    & dues & to her Officers a just and true Account a true and Just
    Account of their Fees that he shall or may be entrusted with by
    her Majestys Governour and other her Officers within this province
    to receive and Collect and his Account to her said Majesty
    her heires and successors & to her and their Governour here for the
    time being for the Fines and Forfeitures & other dues belonging to
    her said Majestys Governour as also his Account of all Fees & dues
    & sums of mony or Tobacco for Levys or Fees due to any her Ma.tys
    Officers & other good people within this province shall pass an
    Account of by the tenth day of Aprill next ensuing the date
