Maryland fs
             Know all Men by these presents that Wee Roger
       Woolford Hugh Eccleston & John Kirk all of the County of
       Dorchester in the province aforesd Gent ar holden & firmly
       bound unto our Sovereign Lady Queen Anne &c in the full
       and Just Sume of two hundred thousand pounds of good sound
       Merchantable leaf tobacco and Casq to be payd to her said
       Majesty her heires and successors to the which payment
       well and truly to be made and done wee bind our selves &
       either of us our and either of our heires Ex.rs Adm.rs firmly by
       these presents as witness our hands & seals the seventh day
       of September in the third Year of her Majestys Reign Anno
       Dm 1704

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the
    above bound Roger Woolford do well and truly serve her Ma.ty
    her heires and successors in the office of High Sheriff of the
    said County of Dorchester within this province aforesaid and shall
    also render unto her said Majesty and other her said officers a
    true faithfull and Pfect account of all and singular her said
    Majestys Right & dues and to her Off.rs a true and Just Acco.t of the
    Fees that he shall or may be Intrusted with by her Majestys Gov.r &
    other her Off.rs within this province afd to receive & Collect &
    his Acco.t to her sd Ma.ty her heires & successo.rs or to her or their
    Governo.r her for the time being for the Fines and Forfeitures &
    other dues belonging to her said Ma.tys Governm.t as also his
    Acco.t of all Fees dues or sums of money or tob.o for levys or Fees
    due to any of her Majestys Offr.s & other good people within
    this province shall pass an Acco.t for by the tenth day of April next
    ensuing the date hereof and in all other things as shiff of the
    said County of Dorchester shall behave himself well and honestly
    towards all Psons according to the best of his power skill
