       aforesaid Gent.n are holden and firmly bound unto our Sovereign
       Lady Queen Anne &c in the full Sume and Just Quantity of two
       hundred thousand pounds of good sound Merchantable leaf tob.o
       & Casq to be payd to her said Majesty her heires & successors to the
       which payment well and truly to be payd Wee bind our selves &
       either of us our & other of our heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Joyntly and
       severally for the whole and in the whole firmly by these p.rsents  As
       Witness our hands & seals the second day of June in the second Year
       of her Majestys Reign Annoq Dm 1703

    The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
    bounden Aquila paca do well and truly serve her said Majesty her
    heires & successo.rs in the office of High sheriff of the said County of
    Baltemore within this province aforesaid and also shall render unto
    her said Majesty & other her said Officers a true faithfull and Pfect
    Account of all and singular her said Ma.tys Rights & dues and to her
    off.rs a true and Just Account of their Fees that he shall or may
    be Intrusted with by her Ma.tys Gov.rnour & other her Off.rs Majestys
    officers within this province afd to receive and Collect and his Acco.t
    to her said Majesty her heires or successors or to her or their Gov.r here
    for the time being for the Fines or Forfeitures or other Dues belonging
    to her said Majestys Governm.t as also his Account of all Fees
    dues or sums of money or tob.o for Levys or Fees due to any her Ma.tys
    Officers & other good people within this province shall pass an Acco.t
    for by the tenth day of Aprill next ensuing the date hereof and in all
    other things as sheriff of the said County of Baltemore shall behave himself
    well and honestly towards all persons according to the Best of his power
    skill and knowledge Then this obligation to be voyd and of noe Effect
    or else to stand in full force strength & vertue
