                Know all men by these p.rsents by that wee John Hawkins
                John Whittington & John Salter Gent of the County of Kent
                in the province aforesaid are holden and firmly bound
                unto our Sovereign lady Queen Anne &c in the full sume
                and just Quantity of two hundred thousand pounds of
                good Sound Merchantable leaf tob.o and Casq to be
                payd unto her said Majestys her heires and successo.rs to
                the which payment well and truly to be made wee
                bind our selves and either of us our & either of our Heires
                Ex.rs & Adm.rs Joyntly and Severally for the whole and in the
                whole firmly by these presents as witness our hands & seals
                the 27.th day of June in the third Year of her Maj.tys Reign
                Annoq Dm 1704

       The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
       bounden do well and truly serve her Majesty her heires & successors
       in the office of A High Sheriff of the said County of Kent w.thin
       the province aforesd and also shall render unto her said Majesty
       or other her said Officers a true faithfull and Pfect Acco.t of all &
       singular her Majestys Writts and dues to her Officers a true & Just
       Acco.t of their Fees that he shall or may be intrusted with by her
